This Cookies Policy explains how Zen Mobile Pty Ltd, trading as Airzen (“Airzen”, “we”, “us”), uses cookies and similar technologies on www.airzen.com and our mobile applications. Read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, work more efficiently, or to provide information to the operators of the site. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage and pixel tags — in this Policy, “cookies” covers all of these.

Types of Cookies by Origin

• First-party cookies are set by the airzen.com domain.
• Third-party cookies are set by other domains we have integrated into our site (for example, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for security, Zoho for live chat).

Types of Cookies by Duration

• Session cookies last only while your browser session is open and are deleted when you close it.
• Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (anywhere from a few minutes to a few years), or until you delete them manually.

Types of Cookies by Purpose

We organise cookies into four categories. Only the categories marked “Active” below are currently used on Airzen.

Essential Cookies (Active)

Required for the site and apps to function. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent. Without them, you cannot log in, complete a purchase or activate an eSIM. Providers we use:

• Airzen — session, authentication, language preference, currency selector, CSRF protection, cart contents.
• Cloudflare — bot mitigation and security tokens (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance).
• Stripe — payment-fraud detection during checkout (e.g. __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid).

Functional Cookies (Active)

Enable enhanced features and personalisation, such as live chat. These require your consent and can be revoked at any time via the Cookie Preferences link.

• Zoho SalesIQ — live chat session continuity, agent assignment, chat history within the current site session.

Analytics Cookies (Currently not in use)

Would help us understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve the experience. Airzen does not currently deploy any analytics cookies. If we add an analytics provider in the future, this Policy will be updated and your consent will be requested before any non-essential analytics cookies are set.

Advertising Cookies (Currently not in use)

Would be used by advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show relevant ads on other sites. Airzen does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not participate in cross-context behavioural advertising.

Third-Party Reviews

We display reviews via Trustindex. Trustindex’s widget may set cookies on its own subdomains; consult trustindex.io for details.

Your Choices

Cookie Preferences Centre

The first time you visit Airzen, a banner asks for your consent for non-essential categories. You can change your choices at any time by clicking the Cookie preferences link in the page footer. The banner will reopen and you can re-toggle each category. Functional cookies (such as Zoho SalesIQ) are only loaded once you grant consent, and revoking consent will prevent them from being set on subsequent page loads.

Browser controls

Most browsers let you view, manage or delete cookies and block third-party cookies. Help articles for the major browsers:

Mobile app and OS controls

iOS users can limit ad tracking via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Android users can reset or delete the advertising ID via Settings > Privacy > Ads. Note that these primarily affect advertising identifiers; cookies set inside our mobile webviews follow your in-app preferences.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals because there is no consistent industry standard for how to interpret them. We do honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: when GPC is detected, we treat it as an opt-out of any non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, in line with applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

Updates

We may update this Cookies Policy as our service or providers change. The current version is always available at www.airzen.com/cookie-policy and the date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
